At Aqua Paws, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation by Aqua Paws:

In the unlikely event that Aqua Paws cancels an installation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the booking fee will be provided.

Cancellation by Client:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the installation date: Full refund of the booking fee.

Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the installation date: 50% refund of the booking fee.

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the installation date: No refund available.

Force Majeure:

In cases where installations are affected by events beyond the control of Aqua Paws (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with clients to reschedule the installation or provide a partial refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
